Our Team

Dr. Middlesworth grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Life Science. She continued on to optometry school at The Ohio State University where she graduated with a Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Middlesworth participates in the InfantSEE program, a no-cost comprehensive eye exam for your infant aged 6-12 months, and local Realeyes programs dedicated to teaching school-aged children the importance of caring for their eyes and vision to ensure a lifetime of great sight. Dr. Middlesworth enjoys seeing a range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics and fitting contact lenses. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association.

Dr. Harawa attended Miami University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Psychology. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry summa cum laude in 2016 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. At Ohio State, she received the Hoya Optometry Scholarship, the Wildermuth Optometry Scholarship, and the Ohio State Optometry Class of 1953 Scholarship. She also received the Optical Instruments Award of Excellence in 2014 and the VSP/AOF Practice Excellence Scholarship in 2015. She is involved in the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She is also a candidate for a Fellowship at the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Budd is originally from Mount Vernon, Ohio. After graduating from Ohio Northern University, she received her Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University. She is proud to be a Buckeye and enjoys tennis, violin, and piano. Her favorite part about being an optometrist is seeing patients smile when they look through new glasses or contact lenses.

Born and raised in Wichita, KS, Dr. Natalie Nguyen received her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with Medical Emphasis and Minor in Chemistry at Wichita State University as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Administration at Cowley County Community College. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2012 at the University of Missouri College of Optometry. There, she was inducted into the Gold Key Society for her extracurricular and community involvements during school and received an award for demonstrating excellence in Low Vision Clinic. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American and Ohio Optometric Association, and is licensed to practice Optometry in Ohio.

To diversify her skills in Optometry, Dr. Nguyen’s internship experiences included: Chicago Lighthouse (low vision), Saint Louis University Eye Institute (surgical co-management), Community Health Centers (underprivileged population), Broward Eye Care (contact lenses), Highline Vision Center (pediatrics/vision therapy), and the Wichita VA Hospital (ocular disease).

Dr. Nguyen relocated to Grove City, OH from Kansas City, KS in 2016 with her then fiancé, now husband. She loves to travel and when she is not back home visiting her family, she is working on her photography and photo editing skills. You might also catch her on Pinterest from time to time and working on DIY projects. But most of her free time is now spent with her husband, twin toddler girls, and newborn daughter. She comes from a very large family and feels that it is important to develop a family relationship with her patients.

Jill has been with the office since 2010 and loves every second that she's been here. She loves the patients and building relationships with them as they continue to come back every year. She enjoys learning and assisting the doctors and the practice to make sure that everything runs smooth, as the practice continues to grow! When Jill isn't working, she loves spending time with her husband and children, traveling the world, and working on her photography book. Above anything else, Jill wants to make sure that she can bring joy to all those she meets.

Taylor is a friendly and fun technician who loves to laugh and assist patients to the best of her ability. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and watching Marvel movies. She strives to make a difference in the lives of others every day.
